Full coverage (up to 10 hours) for those who dream of something that feels personal, but with more space and time to enjoy and share. A perfect balance between intimacy and fun.

Minimum number of digital photos: 300

Delivered two weeks after the wedding. Approximately 40% in black and white, and 60% in color, based on the photographer’s judgment and the conditions of the day.

Documentary with an artistic sensibility — capturing real moments through natural light and timing. No staging, just honest and timeless imagery.

TRAVEL FEES

• Within Barcelona (no overnight stay):

No additional cost — this is considered a local shoot.

• Outside Barcelona (no overnight stay):

With no overnight stay:

• For events outside Barcelona but within a reasonable distance (e.g., surrounding areas), a travel fee will be applied for transportation only:

- Up to 60 km from Barcelona — €50 per photographer

- 60 km to 150 km from Barcelona — €85 per photographer

With overnight stay (when accommodation is required):

If the event is outside Barcelona and requires the photographer to stay overnight, the following fees apply, covering transport and accommodation:

- Up to 150 km — €250 per photographer

- 150 km to 300 km — €350 per photographer

- Over 300 km — €450 per photographer

Extended stays (more than 2 days):

If the event or wedding requires a stay longer than 2 days, an additional €250 per extra day will be added to cover accommodation and other expenses.

What’s included: Transportation by train, bus, flight (if applicable), or car rental, as well as lodging and meals for the photographer/videographer on the event day(s).

Not included: The wedding day meal or dinner.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.

2. Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding date.

3. Coverage: Photography coverage will include up to 10 hours.

4. Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–6 weeks of the wedding.

5. Cancellation by client: In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding, 50% of the remaining balance will still be due.

6. Cancellation by Photographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer cannot attend the wedding due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, all payments made (deposit and balance) will be fully refunded. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to provide a recommended replacement photographer if requested.

7. Photographer’s Rights: The photographer retains copyright of all images and may use selected photographs for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the couple requests otherwise in writing.

8. Client’s Rights: The couple will receive high-resolution, fully edited images with a personal use license. This means they may print, share, and use the photos for personal purposes without restriction. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
