Capture the people, key moments and atmosphere of your corporate event with professional photos and a short highlight video. This package is designed for conferences, networking events, brand activations and company gatherings that need polished content for communication and social media.

What’s Included:

• Photo Deliverables: 30+ professionally edited high-resolution photos.

• Video Deliverables: One edited 60-second aftermovie, delivered as either a vertical social media reel or a horizontal Full HD video. The format is agreed before booking.

• Session Planning: An initial call or message exchange to review the event schedule, communication goals and key moments.

• Event Coverage: Speakers, guests, audience interactions, networking moments and venue atmosphere, tailored to your event.

• Usage & Licensing: Use for corporate communication, your website, social media and internal communication included.

• Equipment & Tech: Sony A7V, professional lenses, a camera stabilizer and wireless microphones when needed.

• File Delivery: A private digital download link, with final edited files backed up for 1 year after delivery.

Duration:

Up to 4 hours of event coverage.

Location:

On location at your event venue in Barcelona.

Turnaround Time:

7–10 days after the event.

Optional Add-ons:

• Additional event coverage: +€100 per hour.

• Express delivery within 48 hours of the event: +€300.

• Second photographer or videographer: quoted separately.

• Drone coverage: quoted separately, subject to location permissions and weather conditions.

• Travel outside the service area: quoted separately.
