Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how EnFlash ("EnFlash," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and applications that make up the EnFlash marketplace (the "Services"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. They help the Services work securely, remember choices where appropriate, and—only if you agree—support aggregated measurement so we can improve the product. Similar technologies can include local storage or pixels used for the same kinds of purposes.
Cookies may be session (removed when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for a defined period until they expire or you delete them).
3. How we use cookies
We group our use into these broad categories:
- Strictly necessary. Required to operate the Services securely—for example, to keep you signed in with our authentication provider, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain core session continuity for bookings, messaging, and payments. These do not depend on optional analytics consent.
- Functional / preferences. Where we offer them, these remember choices such as language or UI preferences so the experience stays consistent. If a preference is stored another way (for example only on your device), we describe that in the product where it matters.
- Optional analytics and measurement. If you agree (where we ask), we enable aggregated measurement—for example page views, navigation paths, coarse technical context (such as browser or device category), and interaction patterns—so we can improve reliability, fix issues, and prioritize the roadmap. We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode; when you opt in, consent updates are applied so storage used for analytics (and aligned advertising-related consent signals where applicable) reflects your choice.
4. First-party and third-party cookies
- First-party: Set by EnFlash—for example our
cookie_consentcookie that remembers your analytics preference. - Third-party: Set by providers we rely on—for example authentication, payments, hosting, infrastructure, or analytics when you have consented. Their use is governed by their policies as well as ours.
5. Cookies and choices you will see on EnFlash
cookie_consent (first-party). We store your choice in this cookie with values true or false, for about 90 days, so we do not repeatedly show the same prompt. It
records whether you accepted or declined optional analytics for that browser; it is not intended to hold
direct identifiers by itself.
EEA visitors. Where we infer you may be in the European Economic Area (for example using network signals such as geo headers from our hosting provider), we show a cookie and analytics choice before treating optional measurement as allowed. If you decline, we aim to respect that for tags covered by that flow; core functionality should continue with necessary cookies.
Authentication. Signing in relies on cookies or equivalent mechanisms from our auth provider so sessions remain secure and scoped to your account.
The exact names, vendors, and lifetimes of cookies can change as we ship features; this page and our in-product notices will be updated when material changes occur.
6. Your choices
- In-product banner. Where shown, use the controls to accept or decline optional analytics, then save your choice.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies via your browser; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in, checkout, or security features.
- Google Analytics. You can learn about Google's tools and opt-outs via Google's documentation and your Google ad settings where applicable.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
